By accessing or using any application published by Modima Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications.
Use of Our Apps

Subscriptions and Payments
Some of our apps offer premium features through in-app subscriptions. These subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to change
Intellectual Property
Our apps, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Modima Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for personal purposes in accordance with these terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modima Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our apps after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
